BestOfTuscany.info is a web site made by ZTL Web Studio —a web marketing studio based in Florence, Italy— to promote a selection of our clients.
BestOfTuscany is not a travel agency. We only verify the existence of the properties and the owners, but we cannot guarantee that the descriptions provided are totally accurate as they are managed by the owners themselves. BestOfTuscany do not act as intermediary, you inquire directly to the vacation rental's owner. We will not manage your payments. The service has no costs for you. BestOfTuscany will not –and could not– monitor your private correspondence with the owner. When you complete a form to contact a property's owner, your data will be sent directly to the owner's e-mail address. What happens after you have inquired for a vacation home it's only a business between you and the owner.
BestOfTuscany does not play any intermediary role between the landlords and the tenants, we do not apply a fee to the rental cost. You contact the vacation rental owner, you reserve your accommodation and directly pay them. That's all.
We only lists a selection of properties of clients we are promoting. Not all client's properties are listed. To be listed, a property must fit our requirements. Being promoted by ZTL Web Studio does not entitle listing. We decide to include a property entirely at our discretion.
